Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Ark Light Construction is a trusted leader in residential renovations and home additions. We’re known for our craftsmanship, integrity, and detail-driven work—and we’re looking for a Site Foreman who shares those same values.

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on professional with at least 10 years of experience in residential construction. This role is for someone who knows their way around a jobsite because they’ve been on one—swinging the hammer, solving problems, and getting the work done right. You’ll coordinate day-to-day site operations, lead crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on track, on time, and on budget and up to our high standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations on assigned building site
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and inspections
  • Interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
  • Troubleshoot issues and adapt to changing conditions
  • Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and crews
  • Manage crew to ensure project progress
  • Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and code compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in residential construction
  • Deep knowledge of framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and general trades
  • Proven leadership, communication, and jobsite management skills
  • Reliable, detail-focused, and trustworthy
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

What We Offer

  • Competitive, experience-based pay
  • Advancement opportunities within a growing company
  • Supportive, values-driven team culture
  • Steady, year-round work
  • Paid time off
  • Medical, dental, vision
  • Sick leave
